Teoh, yang nama sebenarnya Teoh Kang Yong, 73, membuat pengakuan itu selepas pertuduhan dibacakan jurubahasa di depan Hakim Kamarudin Kamsun. Dia didakwa mengikut Subseksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 yang boleh dihukum di bawah Subseksyen 233 akta sama. Kamarudin membenarkan Teoh diikat jamin RM10,000 dengan seorang penjamin dan menetapkan 20 Julai ini untuk sebutan kes serta penyerahan dokumen.
