Presidennya, Datuk Seri Rosli Sulaiman berkata, pihaknya menerima banyak keluhan mengenai kerugian yang terpaksa ditanggung peniaga kerana tiada pelanggan.
"Selalunya, peniaga boleh menjana jualan harian RM500 ke RM600 sehari terutama ketika bulan Ramadan dan jumlah itu menyusut dengan anggaran antara RM200 ke RM300 sahaja, malah ada yang lebih rendah daripada itu. "Kita lihat kebanyakan pelanggan datang atau menyerbu kedai makanan lepas jam 5 hingga 7 petang untuk membeli juadah berbuka dan pada waktu itu mereka tergesa-gesa serta tidak mengendahkan SOP," katanya kepada Harian Metro."Kami memahami peniaga memang sukar untuk mengawal pengunjung kerana terpaksa melayan dan membungkus.
"Kita tak mahu disebabkan keadaan tak terkawal, pelanggan lain jadi takut untuk keluar membeli dan barang peniaga tidak laku," katanya.
