: Seorang pengarah syarikat latihan sistem teknologi maklumat didenda RM12,000 oleh Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini kerana didapati bersalah menggunakan dokumen palsu berhubung kursus penyelenggaraan portal dan aplikasi Perbadanan Harta Intelek , tahun lepas.
Shaharuddin didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu di Bahagian Teknologi Maklumat, Pejabat MyIPO, pada 15 Dis 2023, mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan dan boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 465 akta sama yang membawa hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun atau denda, atau kedua-duanya, jika sabit kesalahan. Berdasarkan fakta kes, pada November 2022, tertuduh dihubungi Pegawai Sistem Maklumat Mohd Nizam Abdul Rahman bagi menyediakan satu sebut harga berkaitan kerja perkhidmatan ‘Kursus Full PHP with MySQL’ dan tertuduh telah menghantar sebut harga tersebut melalui e-mel kepada Nizam.
