Penang sets aside RM20 million for traders, hawkers

Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow says the state government is fine-tuning arrangements to disburse RM20 million to petty traders and hawkers affected by the movement-control order that will take effect tomorrow. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, March 17, 2020.
