PENANG is the latest state government to withdraw honorific titles conferred on jailed former prime minister Najib Razak. In a statement, Penang deputy state secretary Mohd Zakuan Zakaria said the revocation of Najib’s Darjah Utama Pangkuan Negeri award takes effect today.
