Penang gets EIA nod for Pan Island Link 1 project

Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow announced today that the state won the conditional approval from the DoE on April 10. According to the DoE’s approval letter, it received the EIA report dated January 2 and put it through detailed scrutiny, review and deliberation at the EIA Technical Review Committee.
