“With Penang's robust record in investment policies and facilities, the state government is confident that Penang will continue to be a preferred destination for high-quality and high-value investors, thanks to the diligent efforts of the workers in this state,” he said in his Labour Day message. He expressed his appreciation to all workers in Penang who had worked hard for the state to successfully record an investment inflow of RM71.9 billion in 2023, the highest in Malaysia.
