Penang DAP, NGOs lodge police reports against Tajudin over ashes remark | Malay Mail

“He had equated our Hindu holy ashes to that of Chin Peng’s ashes and even though he had withdrawn what he said, he did not apologise for insulting our religion with such a remark,” he said. “I hope the police and prosecution will make the right decision to take action against Tajuddin for his unethical behaviour,” he said.

He said Tajuddin was only told to leave the Dewan Rakyat after he refused to sit down, not because of his insulting remarks.

His heckling at the Speaker should not go unnoticed. He sinisterly suggested to the Speaker to ban him for 4 days so that he can attend his party's meet. And laugh it off. What an absolutely low life gangster! Parliament should be cleanse of such scums!! Its appalling!.

Report to the police for what. No action can be taken by the police as he used(abused) his parliamentary privilege. Anything said or done in parliament during parliament proceedings is up to the speaker to deal with it according to the standing orders of the parliament.
