BALIK PULAU: Police here believe they have solved a series of house break-ins and motorcycle theft cases in the district with the arrest of two notorious 'Geng Sharul Susu' members.

BALIK PULAU: Police here believe they have solved a series of house break-ins and motorcycle theft cases in the district with the arrest of two notorious"Geng Sharul Susu" members.

"The suspect was detained while riding a motorcycle along Jalan Teluk Bahang-Batu Ferringhi at about 6.30pm by a team of police from the Criminal Investigation Department ," he said during a press conference at southwest district police headquarters here on Monday . He said the gang's modus operandi was to break into empty houses, steal motorcycles parked in public places and dismantle them in the jungle or secluded areas.
