Berdasarkan kertas pertuduhan, tertuduh secara bersama-sama didakwa dengan niat curang telah mencuri 20 kotak susu jenama Enfalac A+ 2FL Step 1 dengan berat 2.32 kilogram dan Enfalac A+ 2FL Step 2 juga 2.32 kg bernilai RM6,747.60, yang diletakkan di rak jualan tanpa kerelaan pemiliknya. Kedua-dua tertuduh boleh dihukum penjara sehingga 10 tahun dan denda mengikut Seksyen 380 Kanun Keseksaan, jika sabit kesalahan.
