Kota Kinabalu: All 16 remaining work packages of the Pan Borneo Highway project are expected to begin this year, said Deputy Chief Minister III Datuk Shahelmey Yahya.Shahelmey, who is also Works Minister, said currently 19 work packages are in the construction process, including four new packages for which contractor appointment letters had been issued.
