Pakatan Harapan can no longer use 1Malaysia Development Bhd as an excuse for not fulfilling its pre-election pledges, says MCA.Its president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said this was because Pakatan had acknowledged that 1MDB was very profitable and played an important role in developing the nation.
“Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the TRX project, which is also from 1MDB and worth RM40bil, was one of the country’s best efforts.“This means that Pakatan has confirmed that 1MDB is not the reason Malaysia is bankrupt and the future generation will be burdened,” he said yesterday.
