Overwhelming response to YaPEIM initiative for needy students

YaPEIM has allocated up to RM500 each for school students and RM1,000 for varsity students as study aid under its Inspirasiku programme. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 25, 2020.

THE Malaysian Islamic Economic Development Foundation’s Dana Inspirasi Malaysia , aimed at assisting students from B40 families, has received applications exceeding its 40,000 target. Acting director-general Parihah Hasan said the application forms have been available at 203 Ar-Rahnu YaPEIM branches nationwide since early this month.
