General Operation Force's Central Brigade commander Senior Asst Comm Muhammad Abdul Halim said a 28-year-old man was also arrested during the raid at 5.12pm on Monday .
"We seized 35 boxes of cigarettes, 98 boxes of fireworks and a car used to distribute and sell the contraband items.With the arrest and seizure, police believe a syndicate selling such contraband items around Seremban has been crippled, he added."We urge those with information on any acts of smuggling contraband items to contact the police as soon as possible," SAC Muhammad said.
