My goodness is it so hard to buy ingredients by your own? Myself is not regular cooker but thanks I got google to help 😬
Minister, pls reconsider... there are many who are the cook of households & they do not know how to drive. And the ones who can drive, does not know how to get all the other ingredients needed. Please reconsider... 🙏
I understand d objective. But this must not be mandatory and fine-able but a guide. E.g. I am in crutches now, but I can drive, can I drive my nephew to the market, he goes out for groceries while I stay in the car? Be clear especially to enforcement.
