15 September 2022, the policy has now been extended until 31 December 2022, though do note that it will only be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Currently, both new and existing OnePlus users can visit the two official authorised service centres to have their smartphones repaired. Alternatively, they can also take advantage of the Mail-in-Repair service from participating OnePlus Retail Stores, where their smartphones will be sent to an authorised service centre free of charge.

Besides that, OnePlus also announced Community Support through the OnePlus Community as well as easier access to IoT repair. For the former, OnePlus is also holding Community engagement activities where prizes may be won.
