OnePlus cancels free 30W Wireless charger orders, compensates customers with a coupon

giving away the OnePlus 30W Wireless Charger for free on its Indian website. Many speculated that it was an error, while others were predicting the move to be a clearance sale. Well, OnePlus has just issued a statement confirming that it was indeed an error on their part.

The official statement released by OnePlus reads “We regret to inform you that your order for the OnePlus 30W Wireless Charger will be canceled due to an incorrect price set. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. As a token of our apology, we will be issuing a new coupon worth ₹800 off on accessory purchases of ₹1500 or more. This coupon will be credited to your account directly.
