All the ministers who were thick faced to self appraised at 6.5 and 7, here’s your boss appraisal! Just passed for overall cabinet but most ministers such as Xaxier, Salahuddin, Saifuddin, Mohd Redzuan etc surely below 5! At most, only 3!
Non performance can get 5. Wat kinda performance appraisal is it? One created by Tun s standard i presume.
