One dead, 2 missing in Japan after heavy rain

HEAVY rain across parts of Japan has killed one person and left two missing, authorities said today, with thousands issued evacuation warnings and left without power. The inundation has been caused by the remnants of former Typhoon Mawar, now downgraded to a tropical storm. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
