PUTRAJAYA: Ekspedisi Malaysia Everest 2023 disertai 10 pendaki negara bakal berlepas ke Nepal April ini bagi menakluk puncak tertinggi dunia selepas misi itu tertangguh akibat cuaca buruk tahun lalu.
Katanya, dia mengagumi Perdana Menteri kerana kecekalannya dalam bidang politik sekali gus menjadi pembakar semangat kepadanya untuk menakluk puncak tertinggi dunia itu. Sementara itu, Presiden Kelab Eksplorasi Altitud yang juga bekas pendaki Everest 2016, Azim Afif Ishak berkata, misi itu akan disertai lapan peserta lain iaitu tiga anggota Komando 69 iaitu Mohammad Hanif Che Ahmad, 29, Inspektor Kanang Usin, 43, dan Koperal Pragash Murugesu, 33, dari Kem Ulu Kinta.
