PETALING JAYA: The National Teachers Service Union of Malaysia said the announcement of the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia 2023 results could be delayed until school resumes for teachers to have time off.
"If May 23 is still a problem for the ministry, they can try to postpone it until the following week, when the school opens. On Thursday , its secretary-general Fouzi Singon appealed for it to be released earlier on May 23, as the official release date falls on a school holiday."We are asking the announcement date to be made earlier on May 23 because teachers have already made plans for the school holidays,” he said in a statement.
