PETALING JAYA: The National Sports Institute (NSI) will do a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) on shuttler Pearly Tan when she returns to Malaysia.

NSI chief executive officer Ahmad Faedzal Md Ramli said they will thoroughly assess Pearly’s condition in the next few days after she suffered a knee injury during her second-round match with M. Thinaah at the Japan Open on Thursday.
