NRC proposes recovery councils for all states

National Recovery Council chairman Muhyiddin Yassin says it want to take a bottom-up approach by setting up state-level councils. – The Malaysian Insight pic by Afif Abd Halim, September 27, 2021.

THE National Recovery Council has recommended that Putrajaya create such councils in every state to enable a bottom-up approach to the country’s economic revival. Its chairman Muhyiddin Yassin said that state-level authorities may guarantee that plans and initiatives put in place are reviewed at the district level.
