THE Court of Appeal today fixed November 8 for a decision on the appeals by Najib Razak and his lawyer, Muhammad Shafee Abdullah against a high court decision to dismiss their judicial review applications to disqualify Gopal Sri Ram as senior deputy public prosecutor in their respective court cases. A panel of three judges led by Yaacob Md Sam set the date after hearing submissions from Shafee, who is representing Najib and Harvinderjit Singh, who acted for Shafee as the appellants in proceedings conducted virtually through Zoom.
