“There are some who are lazy and non-performing within the civil service. I do not think they should be promoted,” Anwar said at the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service Association townhall gathering in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration yesterday.The Prime Minister noted that this was among matters raised when discussing ways to improve the salary structure of civil servants through the SSPA.
The Prime Minister hinted that the upcoming SSPA and rewards under it would be among the best the country has ever seen.
