LIOW Soon Hee, better known as Nicky Liow, has pleaded not guilty to 26 counts of money laundering totalling RM36 million at the Shah Alam Sessions Court this morning. Liow, the founder of Winner Dynasty Group, made the plea when the charges were read to him in Mandarin before judge Helina Sulaiman.
