Neither govt nor royals of Johor consulted on shipping hub, says project owner.

KA Petra Sdn Bhd did not discuss with the government or the royal family of Johor its plans to build a ship-to-ship hub in the waters off the Johor Baru port, The Edge MarketsChairman of the marine services company undertaking the project, Shahrul Amirul said the hub was located in federal waters more than 3.5 nautical miles from shore and was thus under the jurisdiction of the federal government.
