Mohamad said he hoped people would not be easily fooled by the cunning tactics of syndicates who impersonate the authorities. "These syndicates are using various tactics to deceive the victims, including impersonating police officers and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission personnel," he said at a press conference after launching the Negeri Sembilan police's Amanita Housing Estate Adoption Ceremony here on Saturday .
He added many women - especially housewives - have fallen victim to scammers because some of them have no exposure to such cases. Amanita is a special unit by the police for female officers to engage with housewives and turn them into friends of the police in the effort to reduce crime in neighbourhoods. - Bernama
This is because pdrm dont have SOP and do what they like thus the People dont know what to expect and easily get panic and get con. Please go ask anybody,everybody who have encountered with pdrm. Walking on the street also can get harass,stop, check wallet etc !
