KUALA PILAH: Sebanyak 10 kawasan hutan lipur dan sembilan trek pendakian yang berada dalam kawasan hutan simpanan kekal di Negeri Sembilan kembali dibuka kepada orang ramai sejak semalam.
“Ia membabitkan 10 kawasan iaitu Taman Eko Rimba Ulu Bendul, Batu Maloi, Jeram Tengkek, De Bana, Serting Ulu, Gunung Datuk, Gunung Tampin, Pasir Panjang, Lenggeng dan PD Forest. Sementara itu, jelas Saleh, sepanjang tempoh penutupan itu, pihaknya juga telah menjalankan kerja-kerja menaik taraf kemudahan di kawasan hutan lipur tersebut.
Sementara itu, pendaki negara yang telah menawan Gunung Everest sebelum ini, T. Ravichandran menyambut baik pengumuman Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Sembilan untuk membuka semula trek-trek pendakian di negeri ini.
