Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur dalam satu kenyataan di Facebook berkata, tinjauan pihaknya petang tadi di sekitar Dataran Merdeka dan Jalan Raja mendapati orang awam berkumpul tanpa menjaga jarak fizikal dengan kehadiran anak-anak kecil atas alasan beriadah.
Menurutnya, DBKL mendapati keadaan ini tidak wajar berlaku apatah lagi negara ini masih lagi dalam tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan . "Bertindak pantas, anggota penguat kuasa DBKL hadir ke lokasi untuk memastikan kawasan itu dikosongkan bagi mengelakkan sebarang kemungkinan.
