NAJIB Razak has sued AmBank and one of its former employees, who was a prosecution witness in his SRC International trial, for failing to protect his privacy as stipulated under the Financial Services Act and the Banking and Financial Institution Act. The former prime minister claimed that AmIslamic Bank, AmBank Group and former relationship manager of his accounts, Joanna Yu, had given the details of his five bank accounts to businessman Low Taek Jho.
