BEKAS perdana menteri Najib Razak menambah satu klausa dalam perlembagaan SRC International yang menjadikannya penasihat emeritus dan memberinya kuasa untuk mengawal lembaga pengarah, mahkamah diberitahu hari ini. Bekas pengerusi SRC International Ismee Ismail memberitahu Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur, pindaan ke atas perlembagaan itu dibentangkan oleh Najib dalam mesyuarat agung luar biasa syarikat itu pada 23 April 2012.
