PETALING JAYA: Najib Razak hari ini persenda keputusan kerajaan Pakatan Harapan menghidupkan semula projek Bandar Malaysia, dengan syarat “100%” sama yang kerajaan Barisan Nasional buat dulu.“Malah kontrak yang digunakan juga sama seperti yang ditandatangan masa BN,” katanya di Facebook.
Kerajaan menjangkakan Bandar Malaysia akan memberi impak positif kepada ekonomi Malaysia, mampu menarik pelaburan langsung asing, boleh menjana nilai pembangunan kasar sebanyak RM140 bilion, dan menjadi hab global bagi menarik institusi kewangan antarabangsa, teknologi dan firma keusahawanan yang berimpak tinggi.
Keputusan meneruskan projek Bandar Malaysia dibuat seminggu selepas kerajaan mengumumkan akan meneruskan projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur .
