JOHOR BAHRU: Pas Johor terkilan dengan tindakan bekas Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Bukit Pasir, Najib Lep yang membuat keputusan bertanding sebagai calon bebas walaupun telah ditawarkan kerusi lain dalam Pilihan Raya Negeri Johor.
Menurutnya, walaupun tidak dicalonkan kembali di kerusi Bukit Pasir, Pas Pusat atau negeri tidak pernah menyisihkan Najib yang juga Ahli Jawatankuasa Perhubungan negeri. “Tetapi sebagai orang parti, beliau seharusnya mengikut ketetapan dibuat kepimpinan yang mahukan beliau bertanding di kerusi DUN lain, manakala calon lain ditempatkan di DUN Bukit Pasir,” katanya dalam sidang akhbar di Ibu Pejabat Pas Johor, di sini hari ini.
Tambah Abdullah, keputusan untuk tidak mencalonkan Najib di kerusi berkenaan dibuat kerana masalah yang dihadapi beliau dengan jentera di DUN berkenaan boleh menjejaskan peluang Perikatan Nasional untuk melakar kemenangan.
