PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Najib Razak arrived at the Kuala Lumpur court complex at about 8.30am on Thursday (Aug 25) for his 1Malaysia Development Bhd trial at the High Court.

The former premier arrived at the court complex in a black SUV and was taken straight into a waiting room.

It is understood that the court had issued an order to the Kajang prison to produce the 69-year-old former premier to attend tomorrow's proceedings before Justice Datuk Collin Lawrence Sequerah. Najib is facing four charges of using his position to obtain bribes totalling RM2.3bil from 1MDB funds and 21 charges of money laundering involving the same amount.
