N. Korea still developing nukes, evading sanctions, says UN

A UN report says North Korea is still pursuing its nuclear weapons programme and is also evading sanctions imposed by both the US and UN. – EPA pic, September 6, 2019.

The reclusive regime has declared a moratorium on nuclear blasts and long-range missile launches, and last year said its Punggye-ri atomic bomb test site would be dismantled as it was no longer needed.
