PETALING JAYA: Menteri Kesihatan, Khairy Jamaluddin menegaskan bahawa kerajaan tidak pernah menjual aplikasi MySejahtera kepada mana-mana syarikat swasta.
“Perkara ini adalah berdasarkan ketetapan syarikat yang telah menawarkan penggunaan aplikasi MySejahtera kepada kerajaan untuk tempoh setahun tanpa sebarang bayaran berdasarkan prinsip tanggungjawab korporat sosial syarikat,” katanya dalam kenyataan. Tambahnya, kerajaan pada 26 November 2021 turut menetapkan supaya kementerian menubuhkan Jawatankuasa Rundingan Harga dengan keahlian yang terdiri daripada agensi pemegang taruh berkaitan untuk melaksanakan rundingan harga perolehan dan pengurusan perkhidmatan aplikasi MySejahtera dengan pihak syarikat untuk tempoh dua tahun, selaras dengan tatacara perolehan kerajaan.
“Kementerian Kesihatan juga ingin menegaskan bahawa data MySejahtera adalah di bawah penyeliaan kementerian ini sejak ia mula digunakan.
