Most Malaysians surveyed will keep ‘new normal’ habits after MCO

THE vast majority of Malaysians surveyed by the Statistics Department say they will retain their current lifestyle of increased hygiene and social distancing after the movement control order ends. Of 41,386 respondents surveyed by the department from April 10 to 24, 92.9% said they would continue with such practices after the partial lockdown is lifted. Only 7.1% said they wouldn’t.
