KANGAR: Minat yang amat mendalam terhadap sukan angkat berat telah menjadi titik tolak buat Mohd Faiz Musa, 44, untuk terus terlibat secara aktif dalam kancah sukan berkenaan.
Malah, atlet-atlet dibawah bimbingan beliau juga telah mengharumkan nama negeri dan negara menerusi penyertaan dalam beberapa kejohanan sebelum ini. “Malah, kami juga berjaya melahirkan seorang atlet angkat berat wanita bagi mewakili negara sewaktu Youth Olympic di Singapura pada pada 2010,” katanya ketika ditemui di sini hari ini.
“Pada tahun ini juga, kita lebih bersemangat memandangkan atlet angkat berat Perlis mempunyai kemudahan dewan latihan baharu dengan penyediaan fasiliti yang lebih lengkap.
