: Bekas Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Nenggiri Mohd Azizi Abu Naim memfailkan saman pemula bagi menghentikan Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya daripada mengadakan Pilihan Raya Kecil Dewan Undangan Negeri Nenggiri, Kelantan.
Dalam saman pemula itu, Mohd Azizi yang juga bekas Ahli Parlimen Gua Musang memohon pengisytiharan bahawa pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi DUN Nenggiri tidak boleh dijalankan atau dilakukan oleh SPR kerana ia masih disandang oleh plaintif. Plaintif juga memohon pengisytiharan agar pengumuman Surat Makluman daripada Mohd Amar kepada SPR bahawa kerusi DUN Nenggiri kosong, digantung pelaksanaannya.
