KOTA KINABALU: BN chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says former tourism, arts and culture minister Mohamaddin Ketapi can only be forgiven if he and his party, Warisan, is rejected at the Sabah polls tomorrow.
He said that he could not simply accept Mohamaddin's apology because the latter had insulted both the army and police in one of his recent campaign speeches, which sparked backlash after it went viral. Zahid, who was former defence minister, said he was personally hurt by Mohamaddin's statement, who had said that the 2013 Lahad Datu intrusion was a war between chickens and dogs.
"Because I was there and at that time insurgents really did come. I saw dead bodies everywhere,” he said in a programme on Facebook today. View More Commentary
What sort of statement is this?
Win means people forgave him....silly
The stupidity of this statement also seal the truth that he made a devil's deal with Anwar. Anwar becomes PM and all corruption charges against him get acquitted. Is this the kind of democracy that Malaysia is built on? Are Malaysians simply politicians worthless slaves?
Absolute mockery of all Malaysians especially our arm forces security personnel! What a complete moron! Who the heck does he think he is that he could on behalf of all Malaysian and the judiciary system to grant forgiveness? Is this the standard and stupidity of the UMNO leader?
With politics, some thinks everything can be sweep under the carpet...😑
What logic?
Sabahan akan ajar PN esok. Tungguu.
What a stupid inconsistent statement... as expected from this thief. So forgiveness only if you lose but if you win... well hell, I am going to stay offended. 🤷🏽♂️ wtf?
He's on Warisan side or Umno PN side?
are you doing a U turn?
