Ministry issues 633 notices to owners of barbershops, hair salons

Deputy Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Rosol Wahid says owners of barbershops and hair salons issued with notices have three to five days to respond to them. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, June 14, 2020.

THE Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs has issued 633 notices to owners of barbershops and hair salons throughout the Ops Catut 7.0 operation from June 10. Its deputy minister Rosol Wahid said the notices were issued to seek clarification and feedback from shop owners on the increase in service charges at their premises.
