THE Works Ministry today refuted a claim that the Sarawak section of the Pan Borneo Highway is categorised as grade two, or low quality. The ministry, in a statement, said federal roads in the peninsula, Sabah and Sarawak are of the same grade. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
