Minister: PTPTN collected RM6.23b from 2013 to 2019

KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 — The National Higher Education Fund Corporation collected RM6.23 billion in federal study loan repayments up until May, Parliament heard today. Education Minister Maszlee Malik told the Dewan Rakyat the collections date back to 2013 and involved 1.13 million borrowers from various age groups.

What i want to know is how much was collected from May 2018 to date.

maszlee why don't you tell the truth? For 10 years, MoF has written a chq of RM1-1.9B to cover PTPTN's losses. Now it has $40B loan debtors of which only abt $20B is collectible vs $40B bank loans. In short PTPTN, is broke. Don't mislead Rakyat with $ collected! wansaiful
