Election Commission secretary Datuk Ikmalrudin Ishak said in a statement on Thursday that the rest of the total comprised early voters and postal voters .
Ikmalrudin said the EC, through the MySPR Semak app, had also provided a voting time advisory for each voter and highly encouraged them to cast their votes at the proposed time. Ikmalrudin said voters were also required to always comply with the rules and regulations on Covid-19 prevention during polling day.
