MELAKA: The Melaka government is not named as a respondent in a judicial review filed by Melaka Gateway developer, KAJ Development Bhd on Saturday , says Chief Minister Adly Zahari.

He said the integrated deep-sea port project is ongoing as per agreement by the state government and KAJD.

“In a nutshell, the Melaka Gateway project is still on, and we are ready to listen to KAJD on expediting the project,” he said, after visiting a technology based company at Batu Berendam here on Tuesday .
