President Datuk Dr Syed Hussain Syed Husman said Malaysia must attract and make the country a hub for these services at least in the Asean region for a start.
He said the federation is also hopeful and believed that there would be clear plans to support the existing businesses as they needed more favourable financial packages to assist with their expansion plans. He also said that another focus should be to create a task force on bringing in high-end engineering services like maintenance and overhaul services into Malaysia.
