PUTRAJAYA: Police have arrested 754 individuals nationwide for various standard operating procedures violations on Sunday (May 30).

Among the offences committed were no physical distancing , failure to register details when entering premises , not wearing face masks , ferrying excess passengers and other offences .

The task force monitoring SOP compliance checked 68,740 premises including supermarkets, restaurants, factories, banks, government offices and hawkers. On Ops Benteng, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said enforcement authorities nabbed 38 illegal immigrants and seized seven land vehicles.
