CORONAVIRUS | Father to deceased teen also detained for organising a ceremony with gangsterism elements, says Klang Utara district police chief.

Police arrested 26 men in Taman Intan, Kapar yesterday for defying the movement control order after they attended a friend’s funeral ceremony.

“Based on a public tip-off, police arrived at 2pm and immediately warned the men multiple times to disperse and not to gather due to the MCO. However, several of them, aged between 20 and 30, ignored the warning and were subsequently arrested.
