Podah MCAHQ Saw Yee Fung cheap politics to outa people! Penang under dapmalaysia chowkonyeow did wonderful job in preventing flooding! 'Houses in Batu Maung, Bayan Lepas and George Town were flooded, water rose rapidly but had receded by 9am today.'
